Immediately after an officer involved shooting the officer would not be brought in to explain the events of the shooting. A police department as big as LAPD would know to give the officer two "sleep cycles" before questioning.
In final scene Bosch is shown kicking the lowering device for Elizabeth Claytons casket. Only the cemetery crew would operate that equipment & certainly not with a kick.
In the last scene, the Army Honor Guard is shown standing around, holding the folded flag. As soon as it is folded, the flag is presented to the next of kin, along with a very specific speech. As soon as this presentation is done, the Honor Guard leaves, long before the casket would be lowered.
