Although this wasn't the most mind blowing start to the season, it's already blown the poor season 4 out the water and I'm only 2 episodes in. There's more character so far and "Jamie" the undercover DS does an excellent job of blending in with the candidates and even having good banter with them. Another reviewer said its not as good as it used to be and I would somewhat agree with this but as more and more episodes are released we simply get used to and to some extent a little bored with any show, however one thing that most will agree on is this has improved massively over season 4 and the candidates involved already have my interest and I'm excited to see where this goes and who will complete selection.

Not as good as it use to be.

When this first came out i loved it after being in the army for 15 years, but now the people who are on it are just all the same ie, i had a hard childhood and i want to prove this to myself crap. The truth be told most of them just want to be on tv and nothing more, and thats what lets it down. They dont want to see how far they can push them selfs.
Guess i will have to see how it pans out. Hope they prove me wrong.
