Goofs:

When they are about to enter the subs, Katara is riding Appa and keeping an air bubble around him so he can breath. But later, in the sub, when Sokka is explaining how he used water benders to power the ship silently, Katara is IN the sub propelling it onward, when she is also on Appa.
