Having watched this at a recent film festival, from both the title and the description, I really had no idea what to expect and having seen it I probably wouldn't do it justice if I tried to give a brief synopsis. But the wire girl (as I'll call this film for short!) is so many things, it's a comedy, a wonderfully wry analysis of humanity, a piece of performance art, a brilliant piece of animation - and also a feeling. It's a brilliantly original and creative film that sweeps you up in a completely unique and idiosyncratic world and style. The script is funny and sharply observed and the narration - also by the multi-talented writer/director - is a wonderful performance in itself. In short, it's perfect.
