- Toward the end of the film, a woman speaks about her son's death after an accident at the park. She says that he hit his head on a rock and was then rushed to the hospital. She recalls that by the time she got there, he was being airlifted and she said the pillow case on the bed he had been on was covered in blood. It is said that he went into a coma after the accident and died. No images shown, but graphic description and very somber.
