When Tony and Roger are floating in the anti-gravity chamber, you can see a rectangular slot between them where a board would protrude for Jeannie to sit on when she appears.
From when everybody was fleeing Dr Bellow's Office to when Major Nelson & Jeannie stood outside the door, viewers could see a seam opening up to the right of the door.
When only Major Nelson & Jeannie were in the room, there was no seam on the four-inch wall, just to the right of the office door. It's when Mrs Bellows flees in her shredded "Military" ensemble, the seam opens from about five feet off the ground and ends at the floor. The Seam opens at most an inch wide.
In short, there was no separation of the wall outside Dr Bellows Office, but there was one by the time the episode ends.

When Tony and Roger are floating in the anti gravity simulator, their wires are clearly visible.
If the dog attacks anyone in uniform, then it should have attacked Major Nelson when he and Amanda Bellows first met the dog. He was in uniform when they got to his house. However, the dog never attacks anyone in uniform when in the calming arms of Ms. Bellows as he was when he first saw Nelson.
When Jeannie and Tony are outside of Doctor Bellows' office she refers to Djinn Djinn as "her". However, when they enter the office she refers to the dog's gender as "him".
