FROM GREAT MEN COME GREAT DEEDS
nogodnomasters20 May 2019
Warning: Spoilers
This is a story about male strippers. Elvin (Elvin Bibiloni) gets evicted from his apartment. Fabian (J. Fabian) and a few guys help him move out. That is pretty much it. They encounter some problems and have flashbacks. The title comes from the drug "G" that they take, a liquid form of ecstasy.

The stories are insulting and juvenile. The humor is coarse and immature. The film opens with a disclaimer, warning that the film is insulting to race, religion, and women who are typically called the "C" word. The film compares itself to South Park, but it lacks the cleverness. If you can't enough of the Howard Stern type adolescence humor, then this film is certainly for you. Hip-Hop music for much film.

Parental Guide: F-bomb, N-word, C-word, heck the whole alphabet-word, sex, nudity.

A waste of video tape
jordansteinbeck11 July 2009
Warning: Spoilers
The movie has a very attractive cover, but that's where it stops. This movie gives Indie Genre a Bad Name. Horrible lighting. Weak-sound. Over-acting. Tasteless not funny humor. At times the movie takes a turn into left field with absolutely no relevance to the story. The excessive male nudity will make you feel like you are watching a gay porn. Pointless and direction-less plot. Its so bad the principle filmmaker used an initial in place of his first name. It may be fun as a home movie for the maker's family and friends. Could have had a better use of video tape shooting family picnics and birthdays. Skip it!

Great For Bachelorette Parties
mcfarlinlaw4 July 2012
Hysterically funny for a specific genre and a great indie film!! It was between seeing Magic Mike in theaters, or ordering this on Amazon, and watching it where we held my best friends bachelorette party. At first I was apprehensive due to one of the reviews, now I can see that was probably a man who wrote the bad review. This film is definitely more for women, but we did have male caterers at our all girl party, and they were laughing with us. I will say that if you don't have a sense of humor and you have a dry personality, you will not appreciate this film. There were scenes we actually re-winded, and watched twice, because they were so funny.

Hilarious!

When I starting watching "Movin G", I knew I was in for some great entertainment...but it definitely blew me away as to how much I would enjoy it! It's full of humorous lines & the story is comical in many ways. I've watched it numerous times & I always get a kick out of it! Another aspect of the film that I enjoyed was the music... it's not your average soundtrack! With CatDaddy's in-your-face lyrics, I've often found myself singing along. "Movin G" is the funniest independent film I've seen since finishing up w/ film school. I absolutely love it! If you're the type of audience who is in need of fresh look on true life hilarity...you need to check out "Movin G"-- you will die of laughter! Many kudos to you Fabian & Elvin! Hopefully another hit is in the works...
