- Narrator: B-R-A-V-E spells brave, it's what they call Sheila Rae. F-E-A-R-L-E double S. That girl's fearless.
- Sheila Rae: I'm brave!
- Narrator: B-R-A-V-E spells brave, it's what they call Sheila Rae.
- Sheila Rae: I really am.
- Narrator: Sheila Rae wasn't afraid of anything.
- [the spider crawled down on it's string and Shelia Rae stood on the chair next to it]
- Sheila Rae: I love spiders!
- Louise: Well if you love it then kiss it.
- Sheila Rae: Okay.
- [She kissed the spider]
- Louise: She did it!
- Narrator: She wasn't afraid of the dark.
- Louise: Are you sleeping Sheila Rae?
- [Louise shines a flashlight in her face]
- Sheila Rae: What?
- Louise: Ahh!
- Sheila Rae: It's just the dark Louise.
- Narrator: She wasn't afraid of thunder and lightning.
- Sheila Rae: Did you see that Louise?
- Louise: Yipe!
- [the lightning flashes and Louise hides in the curtains]
- Sheila Rae: Cool!
- Sheila Rae: Give it to me!
- [She pulls the teddy bear from the dog]
- Big Black Dog: [singing] My life's a dog, it's ruff ruff been a dog, I work all day while kids can play, it's just not fair at all. I want respect, I know I'm not perfect.
- Sheila Rae: Yeah why are you always in a doghouse?
- Big Black Dog: Cause I'm a dog ruff.
- Narrator: At dinner, Sheila Rae made believe that the cherries in her fruit cocktail were the eyes of dead bears and she ate five of them.
- Sheila Rae: Hey Louise, you want one?
- Louise: Ohh!
- Sheila Rae: Hey Louise?
- Louise: What?
- Sheila Rae: [singing] Watch. One, two, three, four dead bear eyes, squishy squirmy dead bear eyes, add one more and you have five!
- Sheila Rae's Father: Sheila Rae?
- Sheila Rae's Father: Dear bear, six, seven, eight, nine dear bear eyes ooey gooey dead bear eyes. Add one makes ten ooh they're tough!
- Sheila Rae's Father: Sheila Rae! That's enough!
