Feels like you've died a little inside.

I have seen a very large number of films over the years, some great ... some bad and everything in between. The title of this film suggests that the nature of this film is not that of a very serious nature and that not a lot should be expected.

The film started and it did not take long to realize that "not a lot of expectation" was far too much. The camera work was amateur at best and the acting seemed like a joke to both, the viewer and the actors who at points seemed to be unable to take themselves seriously, yet alone the laughable script.

Films such as this should be forgotten or better ... never released. In short, save yourselves from the pain of having to sit through this film and go spend some time doing anything else.

One word: Awful

Whatever you do, do NOT, I repeat do NOT spend ANY money on this movie. If it shows up on IFC one night, call and cancel your cable or satellite service. Yes, this movie is that bad. I have no idea what movie Jared from Boston watched when he wrote his review, but it could not have been the same one I saw.

Now, don't get me wrong. I love good, independent, low budget movies as much as I love Hollywood blockbusters and I have seen A LOT of movies, but this thing, wow, it's just plain bad. The story was horrid, some satanic voice over in the beginning making you think it was going to be something to do with demons. I think that was added after production to try and make it sound more interesting. ZERO suspense, horrible acting and cinematography that would make a hyperactive spastic 5 year old with a camcorder look like Orson Welles.

Oh and one more thing. Nice try with the Cohen Bros Productions during the opening credits. There may be COHEN Bros Productions, but they have NOTHING to do with the COEN Brothers. Don't let this fool you; this has as much in common with Joel and Ethan Coen as Ed Wood had with George Lucas.

I thought this might be one of those diamonds in the rough, but it turned out to be just another unpolished turd.

One Word !! Crap !!
keenan-1014 January 2008
A complete waste of over an hour of anyones life that could be spent doing something useful like checking how many people are named Billy Mcrane in Europe and various Small villages through Asia !! You could also try Harold Arckneck ,Jeffrey Johnson ,Mathew Mclinton ,Barry Bethel or even Jeremy Clinestale !! But i would recommend whistling your favourite children's television theme music as you search ,it does help the time pass much quicker than if you chatter your teeth together. I was thinking about creating a follow up to this film with the title "Zombies from Botswana on buses to the Shetland Islands" but then thought better of it,as we all know that a Zombie would never travel to the Shetland Islands on a bus ,a mountain bike would be a much safer way for them to travel.

Warning! Viewing this film could cause arteries to clog in your brain!

I enjoy "quality challenged" films. This one looks like they MIGHT have invested as much as $10,000 to make this film. Most of which was probably spent on catering service for the crew and actors.

What can I say that hasn't already been said? Oh yeah, the music! Oh, this soundtrack won't be winning any awards.

The plot and contact lens depth characters, added to the overall "cheap feel" of this movie. A thinly disguised but very predictable response.

If you've got nothing better to do with 2 hours, then this is the movie for you! If not, pass on this piece of (expletives deleted)

More Zombies (Well...kinda) than Motocross in this below average film
Phil-King-196725 March 2014
At the time of me doing this review there are 7 reviews, 4 gave it 1/10, 1 gave it 9/10 and 1 gave it 10/10 lol Here is a proper review with realistic rating.

Couple of guys and a girl go to a motocross meeting to compete, they discover one team isn't what they seem to be and they end up fighting for their lives. Thats basically it.

I only watched this for the zombies which were acceptable, i have seen a lot worse, i didn't watch it for the motocross which is just as well as what we did see was pretty lame and most of the action took place away from the track.

There is a lot of what seemed to be made up as they went along chatter, the sound wasn't good as you could hardly hear what they were saying some of the time and if the volume was high enough to hear you got deafened when any music was played and if any bikes were being ridden. Talking of the music there were some rock tracks which were fine.

To be fair considering what they had to work with and the budget it was OK, i have seen a LOT worse than this with lot higher budgets so its definitely not a 1/10 or 10/10 movie but it is below average so 2 to 4 out of 10 would be more realistic.

Overall its a movie worth checking out only if you want to for a specific reason, my reason was because i want to watch every zombie/infected movie ever made. lol and grab it if its in bargain basket or its being shown free on TV spend your hard earned money on something more worthwhile.

COHEN BROTHERS?
nogodnomasters20 May 2019
Warning: Spoilers
Cohen brothers, not to be confused with Coen brothers. This fine Zombie production, shot in super VHS starts out with the character build-up of our three main characters. Cody (Jason McClain) is our cocky bike rider. Tom (Dave Competello) is his boss at his day job and bike mechanic. Lori (Rachel Diana) is a groupie and girlfriend to Cody.

While racing they encounter motocross zombies from hell who target them for death. Fortunately our team are second amendment enthusiasts, without which we would surely succumb to zombie infestations.

The film is bad on all levels. Just when you think it is getting into gear, they run the credits. The acting, plot, and dialogue are all horrendous. Only one real zombie special effects, the other zombies are smart enough to wear helmets. I can't recommend even for camp value.

Parental Guide: F-bomb, sex, no nudity.

One word. Amazing.

Do you like zombie movies? Do you like motocross? Do you like plot? This film lacks all three elements. But what you DO get, well, let me just say it's worth the price of admission. Great performances by Dave Competello and Chris Saphire. They truly see the nature of what a zombie comes from, and they encompass that in their roles. The DVD extras are also to be worth noting, from the bloopers, film trailer, and interview with Dave Competello where he discusses the origins of the "poles". It truly is as interesting of a theory as you'll ever hear. I live by it today. Pick this movie up pronto. If I had ten dollars to spend on either this movie, or food for a child, the child would get a big helping plate of my laughter aimed at a television screen as I encase myself in this cinematic gem.

Dude! Bro!
NucZombi5 February 2010
Hahaha! This is such an awesomely bad movie! Most of the dialogue in this fantastic flick consists of "dude" and "bro." But really, what else do you expect from a Motocross movie. The "zombies" in this movie can't really be considered zombies, because the official rule book for being a zombie clearly states that to kill a zombie you have remove the head or destroy the brain, but these creatures die by body shots. But that's just a minor fallacy, compared to the "zombies" riding around on dirt bikes. I didn't think zombies had those skills, but maybe I'm wrong. Maybe this movie is the beginning of something entirely new to the zombie realm! How exciting! But I think what this movie boils down to is a love story trapped within an extremely low budget, grade B horror movie...with zombies riding around on dirt bikes.

Whatever this movie is, I laughed my ass off! I loved how horrible it was! I own this movie and will never give it up! 10 out of 10
