If you stopped watching, come back ASAP

I just want to write this review to fill the review section until other fellows reciprocate! This is so much good, so much tense, so much painful but that's the whole story in the show; truth always hurts. After an episode that was the least rated in the show, this one is absolutely captivating. Every character can make you sympathize with them in their own way! Now I can't wait for the finale, and I hope the story ends there without leaving us dying of waiting for other seasons!

Drama everywhere.

4.5 out of 5 stars.

The episode drama is escalating everywhere with Reese Witherspoon and Kerry Washington. Both great performances. Reeses family drama is escalating with her controllingness. Her husband is suspicious of her behavior. Her kids are all having problems of there. Kerrys secret to her daughter Pearl is up there. Love the script and direction.

The straw that broke the camel's back.....

All along, from the early episodes up until now, I have struggled to watch every episode and it kept getting harder and harder.

I was ready to give up on the last episode but I gave it another shot, but that's it. I am finally fed up with this torture they call a show.

There's powerful performance, and then there is this. You should know there should be something wrong with writing/acting if every time the main character shows up on screen you cringe and wanna throw something at the TV.

Picture Perfect

Pequenos IncĂȘndios Por Toda Parte (2020)

Series

1st Season

Episode Seven - Picture Perfect

"You want to make me the villain? So be it. So, I'm the villain." Gothel, Mom.

Imagine spending your entire life picking up trash, while your mother had the means to give you a better life.

After that, Mia's speech to Isabel, in one of the episodes, about how Elena had good options to choose from while she didn't, was once again contradictory and hypocritical, right? Pearl did.

I loved the calm dialogue between Mia and Elena in the bathroom and between Mia and Pearl.

It's impressive how this series is villainizing adoption, calm down people, Disney has been doing this for years.

The worst thing is that there are people who comment that adoptive parents are less like parents, because they are not blood.

In the second series I see Joshua Jackson being a lawyer, but in the other he was defending a minority and lost, and we'll see in this one (hopefully he wins).

Even if it wasn't Elena, the story wouldn't move forward, her actions were very impulsive and bad, especially with Izzy.

At the same time that I like Izzy, I also don't like her, it's a very fine line.

Mia and Lexie's ex-boyfriend's lines seem to have been taken from Twitter.

If Lexie's ex found out that she had approached her, he would say that it was because she wouldn't want to have a child with a black man, I don't doubt that.

What are the chances of the fire being accidentally caused by the father's cigarette?

Episode seven of the first season of the Miniseries Pequenos IncĂȘndios Por Toda Parte watched on May 20, 2024.

Black face? Seriously that is a stretch. Izzy put Asian faces on the cabbage patch dolls too but I didn't get offended because I know that wasn't Izzy's point with her stunt. Ridiculous. The rating I gave is for the rest of the storyline. I take offense "black face" was even brought up in this episode.
