So much so that in his upcoming release Jail, he has incorporated an item number which would have a Chandni Bar setting to it. Not just that, the song would feature Sayali Bhagat in a guest appearance. Confirming the news, Madhur Bhandarkar says, "The song is titled 'Bareli Ka Bazaar' and has a beer bar setting to it. I have shot the number in a completely real life manner, just like Chandni Bar was shot. Since the setting is similar, everything from look, ambience to the background had to appear real." This is not the first time though that Sayali Bhagat is appearing in an item number. After making her debut with box office flop The Train (2007) [Emraan Hashmi, Geeta Basra], Sayali Bhagat was seen in the Halla Bol (2008) where she had gyrated to the tune of 'Is Pal Ki Soch'.

It can’t get more ironical than this. When Raksha Mistry and Hasnain Hyderabadwala lifted scripts for their first two films ‘The Killer’ and ‘The Train’, they still took some reasonable opening at the box office. Final run of both small budget films wasn’t very impressive though but still the common factor between the two Emraan Hashmi starrers was ‘universally bad reviews’.
Circa 2009 and the director duo return with their most sensitive, honest and sincere attempt- ‘Jashnn’. Sad but the truth is that the film has taken the lowest.

Ever since the beginning of his career, Emraan Hashmi has maintained that he prefers working in solo starrers. If at all he has to work in a multi starrer then the script and his role has to be really enticing enough for him to say yes to a project.
No wonder, his repertoire of films since the time he began his career in 2003 reads only two multi starrers (Footpath, Chocolate), while he has worked in multiple solo/two lead protagonists films like Raaz - The Mystery Continues, Awarapan, Jannat, The Train, Good Boy Bad Boy, Dil Diya Hai, The Killer, Gangster, Aksar, Jawani Diwani - A Youthful Ride, Kalyug, Aashiq Banaya Aapne, Zeher, Tumsa Nahin Dekha and Murder.
This is the reason why.

Raksha Mistry and Hasnain Hyderabadwala, the co-directors of Jashnn have sworn off making remakes, especially after the box office failure of The Killer and The Train, both of which were lifted from Hollywood films. However, rather than being a boon to pick up something that was readymade, these projects only resulted in Raksha and Hasnain doubting their own abilities as storytellers."We started wondering if there was something inherently wrong with us", states Raksha......

Sayali Bhagat has revealed that she is looking for a big Bollywood hit. The former Miss India winner told Pti that she wants to focus on the quality of films she is making rather than the quantity. "My journey in Bollywood has not been easy though it has not been full of struggle either. I have had my share of ups and downs," she explained. Now, Raksha Mistry and Hasnain Hyderabadwala, the director duo, are back with Mahesh Bhatt and Mukesh Bhatt's Jashnn - The Music Within. "Bhatt-saab once said that to make a successful film, you need to incorporate something that is a part of your own life. So that's what we did. Jashnn is about a nobody, vying to be a somebody, just like us. Also, this one's an original, hence the time gap," Raksha justifies. Unlike their previous two, this film is a complete original. Rumor has it that Mahesh Bhatt has 'directed' portions of the film. "Several scenes from the film are as emotional as his Janam and Saaransh, so he needed to be there to guide us. Bhatt-saab hasn't directed Jashnn, but we'd still say that it's a Mahesh Bhatt film,...

Sayali Bhagat’s work was appreciated in her debut film, The Train. Download image as wallpaper Though she has done only two films in her short career so far, Geeta Basra ensured that her performance in both the films didn't go unnoticed. Whether it was Dil Diya Hai or The Train (both of which incidentally had Emraan Hashmi opposite her), Geeta did gain appreciation for her contrasting acts in the two films. If she was a simple Nri girl next door in Dil Diya Hai, she played the part of seductress/con-woman with aplomb in The Train, hence enacting a negative role pretty early in her career. None of the films did well at the box office but Geeta didn't loose heart. Instead of choosing any random project coming her way that merely wanted to showcase the glam side of hers, she opted to wait. Now, close to one and a half year after the release of The Train, Geeta is ready to face the camera again.

Sayali Bhagat made her debut in a non-happening movie like ‘The Train’ in 2007. Though she looked fairly good in the movie, it was not enough to make her an A-lister. Serial-Kisser Emraan Hashmi was doing what he was best at (read: fooling around and seducing woman) and it had another expressionless uninteresting actress, Geeta Basra.
Brushing up on her acting skills a little more would have been an amazing idea for Sayali! But Sayali didn’t do that, and the Bollywood version of the Hollywood flop ‘Derailed’ almost derailed her career.
