Factual errors: At the beginning, Samantha is questioning an employer about the missing person. She asks whether he filled out an I-9 or a W-2 when he was hired. New hires don't fill out W-2's, they fill out W-4's. W-2's are the wage reports we receive at the end of the year from the employer.
