...and at this point it's the ONLY Welsh language short I have seen! But because it was so well made, so funny and so memorable, I plan on seeking out more of these terrific short animations from Dana Dorian.
The film begins with a beautifully rendered CGI scene that looks comparable in quality to a lot of the output from Pixar and Dreamworks. A guy is speaking Welsh--telling his dog to fetch. Even if you don't speak Welsh, it has English subtitles and it's pretty obvious what is happening. I love the expression on the dog--he obviously wants nothing to do with the demeaning practice of fetching--and in the end he gets his sick and cruel revenge.
Clever and right to the point--this is an amazing film that you must see.
