Caroline is not pleased when Joanna and Tom get into a fight with a boy in the neighbourhood who was being rude to them.
Joanna has a bloody nose, Tom hurt his elbow. Caroline chastises them for getting involved in a fight rather than calming the situation down.
An upset Joanna runs away to her old neighbourhood back in Balham. Tom decides to follow her.
When they find out, Charlie and Caroline give chase. The kids seemed to have had a good time though.
Back in Charlie's old boozer, it is Caroline who gets involved in a cat fight with a barmaid.
The punchline was predictable. Caroline unable to walk away from a ruckus. The barmaid was a bit to eager to see Charlie again. Maybe she should had slipped her phone number before he moved away.
I guess this episode was shot in the same block as the first one. There was a lot of outside shooting as well as the London scenes. I did find it amusing that early 1990s Balham was equated to something out of the wild west.
