Loxton and Maitland attend a shop, where a young lad has been assaulted by the shop owner, when he stopped him from pinching a bottle of scotch.
It's very well made, the scenes of the shop being attacked look fantastic, it's superbly staged. You will take different sides as the story progresses, it's hard not to sympathise with the shopkeeper, who's had enough of yobs.
Best of all, the sheer brilliance of Inspector Monroe here, he's a favourite character of mine, and here he shows his quality, he has metal and bottle, Colin Tarrant totally steals this one.
A good story for Maitland also, who has been a little sidelined lately.
Very good indeed, 8/10.
