A young girl is attacked by two escaped rottweilers, Jarvis and Page are dealing, when they find the owner, he's not exactly sympathetic.
It's an interesting story, a horrific act happens, but who's fault was it, and how do The Police prove who's to blame, it's a very interesting story.
I thought Stephen Bent was rather good as John Keen, he's had a really varied acting career.
This seemed to be around the time where rottweilers were getting a bad rap, yes they're powerful dogs, but also some of that best natured, faithful dogs that exist. You can understand the attitude of the mother though.
It's good, 8/10.
