When a young woman, Lynne, is arrested for shoplifting, she tries to get a deal, by offering information about a recent spate of petrol station robberies.
It's a good, solid episode, a believable crime. It's one of those that makes you wonder if some of the criminal classes did try out any of the methods seen here.
Ted Roach, where has he been? He seems to have been absent for such a long time, and that's a shame, for such a long time he and Burnside ruled this show, they really were the big guns, it saddens me that both seem slightly less visible.
On the other hand, it is wonderful that Mary Jo Randle has landed, She really was a favourite of mine, she'd become a very good character. The show is slowly starting to become a tad more diverse.
I've just realised that Boyden has finally settled really well, he has become the character I remember well, after his somewhat frosty start.
A good character driven story, 7/10.
