Inspector Monroe has a nightmare day, a complaint against one of his Officers, and a complaint from an angered Asian man, who had to wait 45 minutes after being assaulted.
This really was a very good episode, there is a lot happening here, we pretty much have three stories concurring all at once, it could have easily been a mess, but it's a cohesive production.
Loxton doesn't exactly have the most blame free past, but in this instance it seems as if he was telling the truth, it seemed like an honest mistake.
Cause and effect, did events happen because Mike was derailed by the runaway boy? It's interesting to think that one minor incident could lead to tragedy...it very nearly did here.
Boyden up to his old tricks again, but in this instance he's in the right, Monroe clearly doesn't like him.
Quite impressed by this, 9/10.
