Ralph Goodwin is taken in for questioning after he's known to have been associated with a woman who's discovered unconscious in her home, which appears to have been burgled.
Charles Kay is the focal point of this episode, it's not the most exciting or fast paced episode, but there is a really nasty story lurking underneath the charm and suave nature of Goodwin.
What starts off as a slightly sad episode soon turns into something a lot heavier, with a cracking central villain.
A nice cast, and it has been good to see CID's newest recruit making his presence known, he's been great since the start.
Very good, 8/10.
