Stamp and Stringer arrive on an Estate and find Jack Grant, a young thug, stabbed, apparently many witnesses saw the event, but nobody will admit to seeing anything.
This is a cracking episode, it's excellent. Lots of concepts to make you think. If you suddenly had an undesirable living next to you? This makes you think all sorts of things, how far can somebody be pushed?
I am a little surprised by the attitude and behaviour of Jack Meadows here, his behaviour here seems a little at odds with what we've seen before. He's more righteous than Monroe here. Simon Rouse was excellent here.
Ruth Sheen is great as Mrs Grant, she's someone who seems to have been around for such a long time, she's such a talented, versatile actress.
