After suffering serious injuries, a woman lays in a hospital bed, Ted is given the case and wants to solve it quickly, it seems only a clue from Reg could help.
A very good story this one, once again we see CID relying on the charm and kind nature of Uncle Bob. I did have to laugh at Ted's total frustration with Hollis, you just know what he'd have been thinking.
A good episode with some real grit, a nice set of characters, and you get a sense of the urgency Ted feels to get the case solved.
The older chap and the suspect are both very good, both have appeared in Poirot, very nice acting, I always feel lots of these guests do very well.
