In Castrovalva, "Event One" was described as the creation of the Galaxy from an inrush of hydrogen (i.e., the gravitational collapse of an incredibly large hydrogen cloud). Here, "Event One" was described as the creation of the Universe (not the Galaxy) from an explosion (i.e., the Big Bang). The two are completely different events.
