After Kelly DeMarco's exhumation, Zack says that she died two months ago. Two lines later in the same scene and conversation Booth says that Kelly died 8 months ago.
Dr. Brennan steps onto a coffin to reach an air duct. The duct is slightly above her head. She would have been barely able to reach the duct. The duct appears to be large enough that she could stick her head in. In the next shot (which is through the duct, pointing at Brennan) her head and shoulders are visible. There is no way she would have been able to get that high up, nor would the air duct have been that large.
When Amy hands her sketch pad to Angela, you can see a small, rectangular, yellow drawing in the middle of the sketch pad page. In the next shot, the drawing is the size of the page.
During several of the scenes with Bones and Booth driving in his SUV, the placement and condition of the rearview mirror changes dramatically.
Mesothelioma is not a form of lung cancer. It is a universally fatal cancer of a separate tissue, the mesothelium, which is a thin membrane separating the lung from the rest of thoracic cavity. Dr. Brennan, who is a stickler for details of anatomy, would surely know that.
In the early hospital team with Amy Cullen and Angela Montenegro, they refer to the French artist Henri Le Douanier Rosseau and that a lot of his work is in Paris. That is correct. But Angela goes on to talk about the Louvre but this is misleading as the majority of Rosseau's work is in the Museum of Modern Art and Musee D'Orsay - so a real Rosseau fan would go there.
The emergency red and blue lights affixed to the rear interior section of Booth's SUV have been reversed from earlier episodes, meaning that the solid black plastic housing of the fixture was facing outward defeating their intended use.
When Zack calls Brennan from the cemetery, the Jefferson patch on his jacket is a mirror image, revealing that the shot is flopped.
