The latest round of pilot casting sees roles going to Indira Varma, Gina Torres and David Giuntoli. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Varma has landed the lead role in ABC's "Inside the Box," from "Grey's Anatomy" creator Shonda Rhimes. Written by Richard E. Robbins, "Inside the Box" focuses on Varma's Catherine, an ambitious producer at a Washington network news bureau. Catherine thinks she's on the verge of a promotion, but when she doesn't get it... Well, we assume she's unhappy. Varma's credits include CBS' "3 Lbs" and "Comanche Moon," as well as a turn as Niobe in HBO's "Rome." The trade »
