After eleven years, Narciso decided to take out the pumpkin as the symbol of the worst prize to renew the show. This way, Ruperta, the pumpkin, made its last appearance as the puppet of the show, at least in the eighties. Many puppets appeared during the '80s to substitute Ruperta, but in spite of the years, the public did not forget it, so Narciso had to bring Ruperta back in the 1990s. The first substitute was again a negative puppet, and it was introduced in this chapter to appear singing in the beginning of the show from the following chapter. It was Botilde, the boot, the new symbol of the worst prize and a total failure to win the sympathy from the public who saw it as a copy from Ruperta.
