I don't know when in this episode it happens, but Dr. Tancredi and Michael kiss!!!! My friend has a lot of screen caps of it happening, and if you want to see them, go to:

I think that he's in the doctor's office getting his burn checked out when it happens. I can honestly say that I have been waiting for this to happen for a long time, and even though it is technically inappropriate for a prison doctor to kiss one of the inmates, I just nearly screamed in joy when i saw those screen caps!! it's episode 18, and if they don't put it off, it should be airing April 17th at 8 o'clock in the evening on FOX. I hope you guys can't wait as much as i can't wait, because i've been waiting for those two to kiss for about three months now!!
