She loves me, she loves me not
JordanThomasHall25 March 2019
Tom is leaving for San Fransisco for a couple of days after being asked to make a speech to the advertising council. Mrs. Livingston is staying to take care of him while Tom's away. Before leaving, they have dinner with Norman who raves over the special dinners she prepares for him and gifts Mrs. Livingston his love beads after she comments on how much she likes them. Eddie interprets it as if Norman and Mrs. Livingston like one another and Tom half-heartedly concedes that it may appear that way. Tom tells Norman that he's unintentionally led her on and she is attracted to him. That evening Norman comes to the apartment and is given a nice wind chime by Mrs. Livingston. In talking with her Norman comes away with the idea that she actually is desirous of Tom and to be a mother for Eddie. Now Tom is wrestling with the idea that Mrs. Livingston is attracted to him.
