Strange ending (no spoilers)
Christopher37011 August 2023
I was really enjoying this episode right up until the end where I just had to ask "Why the hell did she do that?!" I won't place spoilers here, but I feel the ending should have been re-shot a lot differently than it was.

Through most of the episode I was wondering "did she or didn't she?" just as I did with the previous great episode "The Fourth Headstone". As in that episode, we have yet another mysterious and beautiful woman who's apparently on the run from a murder charge and not until the end is the viewer privy to the entire story.

I really liked the actress Mala Powers who played the fugitive Stacy. I don't believe i've seen her in anything before but I thought she was incredibly beautiful and possessed such great screen presence here that I now want to check out her other work.

It was just that ending which left me scratching my head in confusion. Even Josh looked at her afterwards like "What the hell?!" lol. It just make no sense at all and I agree with the other reviewer here that it does detract from what was really a great episode right up till those last 30 seconds when you think "What is wrong with her?!"...I'm still rating the episode an 8 for the solid performances.

I never heard of this series before and wanted to try something new and glad I chose this series. It's only the 10th episode in and i'm really enjoying it so far and glad there's still 84 episodes to go before reaching the end.

A Natural Beauty!

This is one of the so-so episodes of "Wanted: Dead or Alive", but having Mala Powers in it makes it worth watching! She was beautiful with a body to match! Even the long 'canvas' of a skirt can hide the fact that she is all woman!

Contrived plot one dimensional made no sense!

This women carries the entire script on the basis of a hard luck story that sounds implausible and unrealistic. And the way her husband supposedly met His demise is that something a child would make up. Her emotions and supposed grievances are very anti climatic hard to take seriously. The story reveals that she is being accused for the accidental death of her husband from that point on she becomes the object of the story rather than the true subject because her story and attitude doesn't make any sense! She seems to have no ultimate purpose or feeling other than she's wants to justify herself and get sympathy for her badly written story. There is no sympathy you feel for her or her husband and her hard luck story is basically what the entire script is hinged on.but the real clincher is how it ends! And no! Regardless of everyone liking the episode because she's a beautiful women-observing her beauty is not enough to overcome how lame her character is. We don't realize until the episode starts to wrap up that this episode has no real script and her character doesn't develop anything intelligent or humanly relatable.

It's a painful episode to get through with a nonsensical ending. The stupidest ending I've ever seen in a wanted dead or alive episode. Josh Randalls involvement in this story is basically useless.

Terrible script which made no sense

The story had a terrible ending which ruined the whole story, and made you realize the story itself lacked important details, which made it a waste of time.
