- Responding to a help cry from Kasuf, SG-1 and more USAF wipe out a Goa'uld Jaffa guard to save most of the slaves on Abydonia. When Amaunet turns her hand device on Daniel, he can't bring himself to shoot his beloved wife Sha're, but Teal'c saves him by fatally staff-shooting her, and Abydononian funeral tradition squashes his hope of a sarcophagus resurrection. Crushed by grief, Daniel has apparitions of Sha're and, once released from hospital, resigns from SGC claiming the quest for his wife was his reason to join. Daniel's former research assistant, Dr. Robert Rothman, succeeds him in SG-1; but Jack is sure he'll be back. Sha're (or Amaunet's posthumous manual spell?) keeps appearing to Daniel life-like, telling him to forgive Teal'c and together find their boy who, as Harsisis, has all the Goa'uld knowledge in his genetic memory, which, to the Goa'uld, means he must be killed. Daniel agrees to return, but has a secret agenda, too.—KGF Vissers
- Whilst rescuing Kasuf's Abydonians, the Goa'uld queen Amaunet inside Dr. Jackson's long lost wife Sha're tries to kill him, but Teal'c shoots her fatally. Grief stricken, Daniel resigns from the SGC and gets strange appearances by Sha're, telling him to forgive Teal'c and about her special child.—Anonymous
- The SG-1 rescue Abydonian slaves on their planet and Daniel sees his wife, Sha're, who is acting as a Goa'uld host. He tries to rescue her but the Goa'uld would have killed him had Teal'c not killed her. When Daniel regains consciousness in the Stargate Command infirmary, he learns that Sha're is truly dead as there were no Goa'uld left to transport her to the nearest sarcophagus for restoration. He finds himself unable to forgive Teal'c for shooting her, and -as his main purpose in joining the Stargate program was to find his wife- he submits his resignation to General Hammond. Soon after, he begins to have visions of Sha're, who tells him he has to find the child she bore, as he will be able to reveal all of the secrets of the Goa'uld.—garykmcd
- The SG-1 and SG-3 travel to a planet to rescue a group of Abydonian slaves, including Kasuf. They are attacked by a Jaffa army while Daniel tries to rescue his son from Sha're in a tent. But she attacks him with a powerful weapon in her arm and Teal'c saves him by shooting Sha're. When Daniel wakes up in the SGC infirmary, he learns that Sha're is dead and he blames Teal'c for her death. Then Daniel sleeps, and when he wakes up he sees Sha're talking to him in the infirmary. What is happening to Daniel?—Claudio Carvalho, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
