The first part of this one has to do with the watering down of expensive drugs in order to get more money out of their sale. The problem is that some of these are anti-psychotic and can have profound effects on the behavior of people on the edge. The episode starts with a young man of some mean, jumping off a building to his death.

A gritty start.

Patients suffering with schyzophrenia suffer terrible consequences as their medication has been altered, seemingly to save costs, the effects are tragic for random strangers, and some of those on the affected medication.
It's a particularly good start, it's an episode that doesn't follow any basic formula, or feel routine in any way, the events are seemingly unlinked, it's the job of the team to finds a link. There is so much happening, all manner of events, but somehow it's all cohesive.
I thought the performances were particularly good, particularly the guy that posed as a Vicar, a strong performance in particular from him.
Great start 9/10.
