- George thinks his girlfriend Audrey (Susan Diol) is perfect, except for one flaw: she has a large nose. George is obsessed with her large nose, but also knows that she would be out of his league with a normal nose. But George knows that he cannot get past that nose. During a conversation about beautiful women, Kramer bluntly tells her she needs a nose job.
Meanwhile, Jerry is conflicted about his relationship with an actress Isabel (Tawny Kitaen), whom he finds beautiful but absolutely dumb and despicable. Jerry met her on an elevator. He made a joke about crop circles in England and the woman didn't know what crop circles are. Jerry says that she makes him read these moronic acting scenes with her, which he does as he is addicted to the sex. Jerry is so out of control, that he asks Kramer to tear the paper with Isabel's number on it. But later, Jerry has withdrawal symptoms and begs Kramer for the number back. Kramer gives Jerry the torn up pieces of paper with the number on it, which Jerry reassembles. Jerry tells George that his brain and his penis are having a contest and the penis always wins. But this time Jerry's cannot take it anymore and breaks up with Isabel. The brain wins.
Audrey is staying at Elaine's place, as her roommate Tina is out for a month. Audrey wants to know George's opinion about the proposed nose job. George says that cosmetic surgeons are magic workers. George says that Audrey should undergo the procedure if she wants to. Elaine is livid with George and says that he should accept Audrey for who she is. Audrey gets persuaded to get a nose job, and as Kramer said she "got butchered". George faints, and Kramer rushes her to the hospital to be taken care of. In the meanwhile, George finds her disfigured nose even more distasteful. George cannot even look at Audrey with his glasses on and makes silly excuses when she suggests a trip to Hawai. Audrey ends the relationship.
Kramer needs Elaine's help in reacquiring a jacket that supposedly has an attractive power over women. Kramer had got that jacket in inheritance, but the jacket was taken away from him by its owner Albert Pepper who forced Kramer to part ways with it (a couple of episodes ago). Now the owner is in jail & Kramer senses that this might be the only chance to get it back. To get the jacket, he wants Elaine to pretend to be his fiance and go to landlord of the owner's apartment, to pretend she is Albert's daughter Wanda and get it. Elaine is to pretend that she is going to take the jacket to Albert in prison.
Once Kramer blatantly tells Audrey she needs a nose job, Elaine - in disgust - refuses to help him. But once he helps Audrey to the hospital, Elaine relents and goes with him to get the jacket. Albert's landlord agrees to give the jacket to Albert's daughter even though he had strict instructions not to part with the jacket. He says how Albert was a ladies' man. And talks about Babs Kramer, Kramer's mother, who dated Albert 2 years ago. According to the landlord, Babs was a nasty woman, and fat. Kramer grabs the landlord by the collar, and Elaine yells out his real name. Kramer's jig is exposed, but he manages to get the jacket from Albert's landlord.
Eventually, Audrey's nose gets fixed with Kramer's help, and he is seen with the magical jacket going out with Audrey.
