In the last half of the movie the lounge act has two bass players with the one on the left strumming and fretting it like a rhythm guitar. The sound being played is also from a rhythm guitar.
Pursuant to the death of Dr. Pines' family dog, both he and Dr. Quincy erroneously refer to the medical examination of a dead animal's body as an autopsy. Autopsies are performed on dead humans. Dead animals get necropsies. Dr. Quincy, as a coroner, certainly would never use the wrong term.
