During Number 6's attempted motorboat escape, the enforcer attacks and knocks him off the boat with a long steel rod. When the goon lifts the rod over his head to bludgeon No.6 (who is hanging off the side of the boat) with it, Number 2 shouts from the helicopter above, "Don't do anything rash! Give him time." With him momentarily distracted, Number 6 reaches up and pulls the henchman into the water - in this shot the steel rod has vanished completely.
In the council meeting, Number 2 bangs the gavel and sets it down next to the brown box on his podium. In the next close up, the gavel can been seen resting on the box, and in the shot after this, it has jumped back to its original position beside the box.
The folds of Number 2's scarf during the council meeting change without his having adjusted or altered it.
When Number 6 is in the red-lit chamber and the doors of the next room open and he grabs hold of the handles, his elbows are bent. In the reverse shot, his arms are straight and the handles appear to be much higher.
The interrogator hands Number 6 the cup of tea with the handle facing to Number 6's right. When he goes to check his records and we are given a reverse shot, Number 6 is holding the cup and saucer with the handle pointed to his left.
During the boat chase, one mechanic is left on board to fight Number Six. Just before Number Six throws him overboard, it can be seen that the mechanic's clothes are already wet from a previous take.
The band music has a snare drum. The band doesn't.
When the camera tracks across Number 6 as he is offered breakfast by Number 2, the camera shadow falls across him and the wall behind him.
During the boat chase, the wake of the camera boat can be seen in the bottom left hand corner of the screen at one point.
Camera shadows fall across the reporter and photographer as they run to the taxi, and are visible on the actors all through the rest of the scene at different points.
When Number Six is reading a newspaper about him, Rover starts floating down. There's a wire visible attached to the top of Rover.
Near the end of the episode, a red stretcher rolls down a ramp towards Number Six. A crew member's hand stops the stretcher's momentum.
