When I first saw this episode, I was in he middle of a forty-three year career as a teacher. The most sickening part of this one was when the parents found out they may be sued, they never for a moment thought of that teacher and the future she faced. Her offer was ridiculous. We know for sure from past events that that video would follow her wherever she went. She may never work at her job again. We have a culture now where the majority of parents think their kids can do no wrong. These parents, though fictional, were the vanguard of this tendency to blame. As a matter of fact, our government and our populace takes little responsibility for its actions and begins with "Who can I blame." I didn't take issue with the episode--it was well done. The point it made was sickening. By the way, Wambaugh represents the absolute worst in human traits.
