getting 'lucky' the Peep way
movieman_kev26 March 2007
Jeremy persuades Mark to shake things up a bit by going to a party that he knows about. Once there Mark chats up a little goth girl. Later on They along with the goth and Toni, who Jeremy rings up go bowling, where straight-laced Mark takes drugs for the first time. And runs into the co-worker he's been smitten with, Sophie who is out on a date of her own. By the third episode this show already has me hooked, the writing and acting are great. The funny bits are hilarious and I eagerly await every new episode. It's still not on the same level as "the Office" was (a show that frequently gets mentioned in the same sentence) But it's very good none the less.

My Grade: A-

Hilarious episode.

Warning: Spoilers
Jeremy convinces Mark to go to a House Party, Mark's more keen on getting his weekly shopping home safely and into the freezer. There, Mark meets Valerie, a young goth, Jez failed to pull, seeing his potentials paired up. Mark and Valerie head off to the Lazer Bowl, he and Valerie smoke blow in the Women's toilets. Toni turns up too. Sadly for Mark, his love interest from work Sophie turns up too, on a date with Geoff from work.

This has been the bet episode so far, the most enjoyable and definitely the funniest, lots of cringe worthy humour, you can't help but feel awkward watching it.

I love Olivia Coleman, she's such a brilliant actress, she looks so pretty in the series.

This is a brilliant episode. 9/10

This is possibly the best British sitcom ever, maybe better than the office!

The clear line of 'class' is as always set between David Mitchell and Rob Webb. But the series isn't just based on their differences but also how they can be similar.

I'm surprised that they didn't scoop the BAFTA for the show (nor did 'That M and W look' either?) but at least they have been recognised for their genius by other institutes.

still this episode has new laughs and past links as always. Keep watching
