A jogger is killed in a park and it is hard to make a connection. It gets down to a mother doing the right thing to get things to work. By the same token, Clark also makes a decision to cross the blue line and the result takes time.

The writing, acting and plot development has been consistently good with this series. It's interesting in this episode Det. Clark looks like a pimply faced teen. Not sure if it is the quality of filming or makeup or what. He just looks paler and with bad skin. LOL I've seen this show many times but never the whole series straight through. I have watched closely the men's shirts and neckwear too. I used to be fashion conscious!
