Margie decides to give a helping hand to someone who needs help

Margie puts an add in the paper to give a helping hand to a person in need. She picks a man who sells perfume, but has a gambling problem. Freddie helps out. They end up letting him work in Vern's apartment. He ends up really making moonshine and leaves Freddie and Margie holding the bag. They get caught by the police and the still blows up as they try to put the blame on everyone else.
