- Siro's embarrassment over being rescued by Kung Lao leads him to Kiri, a seer who promises to make him a great warrior. But Kiri uses Siro to free an underworld warrior, whom he then sends to kill Kung Lao.
- Siro is attacked by a pickpocket and his friends and almost beaten to death, but Kung Lao stepped in and saved him. Siro and Kung Lao have a huge fight because Kung Lao stepped in and they are not on speaking terms. A girl was watching the fight and she tells Siro to go see her master who is a seer, and will help him become a greater fighter. The next morning he is about to go see the woman, when Taja steps in and tags along. While there, the woman tells Siro about these two fighters and how he will be even greater then Kung Lao if he defeats them. Siro goes to where she tells him too, but Taja doesnt want him too, so she tags along again. Taja wants to leave and is gonna wait for Siro by the gates. Siro is attacked by two guards who broke out of their statues, and is about to get killed once more, when Taja comes to the rescue and stabs both the guards killing them. They go back to the trading post. That night a black mist comes out of Siros clothes and goes back to the woman. Noob Saibot appears and we learn that the woman has been working for Shao Kahn, and has freed Noob Saibot who had been banished by Kahn earlier, to save him and have him kill Kung Lao so that Kahn will honor him again. Back at the trading post, Noob Saibot appears and threatens Kung Lao. Siro runs to where he was standing and smells his oil marks that he left. He runs back toward the womans place and finds out that it was her who was behind the whole thing. Taja and Kung Lao head to where they think Siro went too which is where he originally fought the two guards. Noob Saibot appears and he fights Kung Lao. Kung Lao is getting his butt kicked, when finally Siro appears and throws a flaming dagger into Noob Saibot who bursts into flames. Lao and Co. escape. Back at the trading post they all tell Raiden about whom they had fought, and Raiden tells them who he is.
