The DVD title for this episode is "The Nude Organist".
During the sketch about buildings built by characters from nineteenth-century English literature, a foreman discusses the problems he's having with characters from Milton's 'Paradise Lost'. In the background, Adam and Eve can be seen digging a ditch along with some angels. At one point, Eve stops digging to take a bite of something she's holding in her hand. She then gives it to Adam to take a bite. This little reference to The Bible is not played up for laughs, it is merely an inside joke, as the audience is supposed to be listening to the foreman.
Graham Chapman plays a character named "Clement Onan," a sly reference to masturbation for those with Scripture knowledge.
Final appearance of the Knight hitting a character on the head with a rubber chicken; seen just before the Cheap Laughs sketch.
Cleese's character Roger, neighbor of the Cheap Laughs, is the only character in the series to actually survive getting hit by the sixteen-ton weight.
