For some unfathomable reason Howard spends his time in the episode trying to act cool towards Pearl. He comes across as a prat to me.
Glenda makes an observation in this episode which most of the audience clocked many years ago. Glenda wonders why some of the ladies such as Nora or Pearl ever got married.
