• Dr. Tracy Simmons : [offscreen]  Excuse me, Green Lantern?

  Booster Gold : For the last time, I am not Green Lantern! My name is...!

  [turns and sees her] 

  Dr. Tracy Simmons : Just kidding. I know who Booster Gold is. So now that I'm not in distress, I was wondering if maybe I was still your kind of damsel.

• Skeets : [Skeets pops out of a collapsing black hole] 

  Booster Gold : Skeets!

  Skeets : My gosh! It was full of stars!

• J'onn J'onzz : The dark lord, Mordru.

  Booster Gold : You okay? You sound nervous or something.

  J'onn J'onzz : I have never sensed such malevolent magic in one being. Unless Mordru can be defeated, I fear for every living creature on the planet.

  Booster Gold : [excitedly]  Yes!

  Skeets : Maybe they needed a vase.

  Batman : Crowd control.

  [a car lands on him] 

  Dr. Daniel Brown : [civilians flee from the black hole emanating from his chest]  Sorry.

  Booster Gold : [freeing himself]  I thought they didn't have flying cars in this time period.

  [a big rig's cargo breaks free as the driver tries to avoid Daniel] 

  Booster Gold : Oh, blurk.

• Booster Gold : [after trying to alert J'onn to Tracy's crisis]  He said I can handle this on my own.

  Dr. Tracy Simmons : I hope you're right.

  Booster Gold : So, you're the beautiful scientist. How do we turn your artificial black hole off?

  Dr. Tracy Simmons : [holding up a metallic collar]  With this, I hope. It's a gravity inhibitor. We need to get this around his neck. It should collapse the black hole and hopefully save Daniel, as well.

  Booster Gold : Daniel, huh? Is he your boyfriend? Husband?

  Dr. Tracy Simmons : No, just friends. We better hurry.

  Booster Gold : [to himself]  Yes!

• Booster Gold : Uh, J'onn, you got a second?

  J'onn J'onzz : What is it?

  Booster Gold : We kinda got an emergency down here.

  Batman : Mordru's magic was nullified when he lost consciousness. I thought I told you to stay on crowd control.

  [seeing Batman's stoic stare] 

  Booster Gold : Ah, forget it.

  Booster Gold : [sarcastic, at Batman leaves]  Looking forward to that.

• Booster Gold : You're safe now, folks. This hunk of tin and transistors couldn't cut it against a real high-tech hero. A hero who's 1000% committed to the fight against evil. And...

  [seeing their blank faces] 

  Booster Gold : And... and you have no idea who I am, do you?

  [snapping] 

  Booster Gold : Skeets?

  Skeets : [activating an internal projector]  Citizens of Metropolis, behold Booster Gold. Traveling back through time from the year 2462 A.D., Booster Gold has come to battle today's wrongdoers. Booster Gold, protecting his past to ensure your future.

• J'onn J'onzz : A second unit will serve under Green Lantern's command. When I call your name, report to the transporter. Hawk and Dove, Star and S.T.R.I.P.E., Shining Knight, Fire and Ice, Dr. Light, Aztek, Huntress, Vigilante, Elongated Man.

  Booster Gold : [clearing his throat]  Ahem.

  J'onn J'onzz : Vibe.

  Booster Gold : [clearing his throat again, louder]  Ahem.

  J'onn J'onzz : [sighing]  Booster Gold.

  Booster Gold : Yes!

  [leaving with Skeets] 

  Booster Gold : This is it, Skeets. My big chance. If I can take down this Mumu...

  Skeets : Mordru.

  Booster Gold : I take him down, and after that, there's no stopping me and my career.

  Skeets : I have every confidence in you, sir.

  Booster Gold : [landing at the transporter]  Energize.

  Transporter Tech : Doofus.

  Booster Gold : [hearing an explosion, they see Superman land nearby]  Superman! Are you okay?

  [as he gets to his feet, it's revealed he and Batman have fused together] 

  Batman , Superman : [with Wonder Woman's voice]  I'm fine. Get back to crowd control.

  Skeets : Maybe that's not such a bad idea.

• Young Boy : [pointing to a burning building]  Mister, my aunts are still in the building.

  Booster Gold : This is it, Skeets. Hang tight. I'll save your family.

  [flying into the inferno] 

  Booster Gold : Hello! Ladies, can you hear me?

  [coughing] 

  Booster Gold : You can come out now. Booster Gold is...

  [looking around, he realizes the boy meant an ant farm] 

  Booster Gold : Here are your ants.

  Young Boy : Thank you, Green Lantern.

  Booster Gold : I'm not Green Lantern. I'm Booster Gold. If I were Green Lantern, my costume would be green, now wouldn't it? I have officially hit rock bottom.

  Skeets : Sir, you saved those insects. Yay! Don't you feel good about yourself?

  Booster Gold : It's never gonna happen for me, Skeets. Maybe I just don't deserve it.

  Skeets : Nonsense, sir. You will get a chance to prove your valor. I believe adventure is right around the corner.

  Booster Gold : [cut to him helping an old woman with a map]  Well, if I'm reading this right, I guess you take the 7 to the B line, and that'll get you out of the city.

• Booster Gold : Dr. Simmons, are you here? Dr. Simmons!

  Skeets : [finding her on the ground and scanning her]  She is still alive.

  Booster Gold : [turning her over]  She's beautiful and in distress. My favorite kind of damsel. Heh. Maybe today wasn't such a waste after all.

  Dr. Tracy Simmons : [moaning as she regains consciousness]  We're all gonna die.

  Booster Gold : [helping her to her feet]  Hey, I'm not dressed for Halloween. Booster Gold is a bona fide superhero.

  Dr. Tracy Simmons : [going to a computer]  You can't help. My boss and I, we've been experimenting in the lab with an alternative energy source to fossil fuels.

  Booster Gold : [checking her out, not really listening]  Uh - huh, uh - huh.

  Dr. Tracy Simmons : The source isn't entirely stable and requires a tremendous amount of power to maintain equilibrium. The fire damaged the containment field. Dr. Brown got caught in the explosion. The source is loose now. It could destroy the world. All worlds.

  Booster Gold : This is so up my alley. I got this for ya. So, where is this source?

• Booster Gold : [coming across a pregnant woman]  Uh-oh. Maybe you should handle this.

  Dr. Tracy Simmons : Why me?

  Booster Gold : You're a doctor.

  Dr. Tracy Simmons : I'm a physicist.

  Booster Gold : Yeah?

  Dr. Tracy Simmons : Give me the collar.

  Booster Gold : I'll... I'll take care of this.

  [sitting down next to her] 

  Booster Gold : So, uh, how are you feeling?

  [she screams in pain] 

  Booster Gold : How many fingers am I holding up?

  Pregnant Woman : [grabbing the front of his suit]  Do something useful!
