William Sadler is a Sparta kid who left town and made good. But he had some
help along the way when he got the answers to an exam that determined a college scholarship winner. Howard Rollins took the same test and found out
later the fix was in, He's still holding a grudge.
Meanwhile there's an increase in drug trafficking in Sparta so much so that the DEA and FBI are interested. Of course Rollins swears that Sadler is involved. Not only that Sadler is putting some big moves on Margaret Blye, Snidely Whiplash type moves that have her boyfriend Cameron Dye.
