This is the first known time where The Bellows House was not the Bellows House.
The outside of the Bellows House is the "Bewitched House" (aka, "Stephens Home.") However, when the Bellows, Tony and Jeannie are entering and sitting at the table, the inside is not the Stephens House interior.
This being Nov 28, 1967, Bewitched may have been filming on the original Stephens House Sound stage, for there were no stairs, no back yard, dining or living room - as viewers have seen in past episodes where the Bellows were home.

Viewers get a really good look at the "Lagoon" at the famous "Columbia Ranch."
In this episode, viewers get to see the outside of the "Bewitched" house that
doubles as the Dr Bellows House. Both the Lagoon and the house are on opposite
corners of the multi-acre lot with houses, buildings, pool, lagoon and Sound Stages.
After the 1970 Fires on the Columbia Ranch, the lagoon cease to exist. It is a mini-mall at North Hollywood Way and W. Verdugo Ave.

This is second time that Jeannie's belly button is exposed when Jeannie is on the phone conversation with her evil twin, the evil twin's belly button can be seen when she is floating on the clouds.
The room used as the Bellows living room has a slant you see up in an attic space turned into a room.
There is the possibility that Bewitched may have been filming on the Living Room sound stage; so the
"Guest Room" was used. The room may have had some additions such as a 'Front' door and items blocking
off the original door leading into the room where "Aunt Clara" and "Endora" stayed on "Bewitched."
