Quotes:
Luke Danes:
There is no fate.
Lorelai Gilmore:
What do you mean there is no fate! Of course there is fate!
Luke Danes:
There is no fate, there is no destiny, there is no luck. Astrology is ridiculous. Tarot cards tell you nothing, you cannot read a palm, tea leaves make tea and nothing else. Jim Morrison is not hanging out with Elvis. And the Kennedys did not kill Marilyn.
Lorelai Gilmore:
I totally knew you were gonna say that.
Luke Danes:
I came over here, my fault.
Lorelai Gilmore:
I read your mind! It spoke to me! We're psychic!
Luke Danes:
Enjoy the fries.

In this episode you can see the strain on mother lorelai with daughter Rory who is out of the house and in college (Yale). When Rory comes home to find kirk has installed an alarm system that gets tripped very easily she remarks she hates kirk.Usually mother and daughter are very close but when Rory returns home after cutting her hair without telling lorelai, lorelai is hurt that she was not told. after saying that Rory pulled "a G.I. Jane" Rory confirms that she will never do anything without telling lorelai again. This statement is is remarked by lorelai saying she was enjoying the guilt but in the end says she likes Rory's hair. The next scene takes place in lorelai's home and it involves Rory, lorelai and a post-it note path. All in all this episode is a great journey through Stars-Hollow with your witty guides Lorelai Gilmore, Rory Gilmore, and the rest of the Stars-Hollow crew that I have grown to love and i'm sure you will too.:)
