Warning: Spoilers
When 3 CONTROL agents are murdered mysteriously by two tiny marks on their necks, rumor has it that vampires are afoot! Max and 99 suspect Professor Sonntag, who has been acting strangely. They follow him to an old Gothic mansion where they discover former CONTROL top scientist Dr. Drago lives with his manservant, Arrick. Using the CONTROL "honeymoon cover kit", Max and 99 investigate.

Lots of great gags save what at first appears to be a pretty standard issue plot---the vampire/haunted house scenario. Discovering the similarities between the "honeymooner" kit and the "commando" kit is funny, as well as Max dissing 99's idea to use the old "car broke down" excuse--just before their car really breaks down. But Arrick (Ben Price) gets the best laughs with his scratchy, incomprehensible voice and his dream to be a big band singer. Price was a former partner of Leonard Stern and would return to the series over 20 years later in "Get Smart Again!"
