Quotes:
[Sandra an Elder orbs in]
Sandra: Don't worry. Leo's Fine.
Piper: So then where is he?
Sandra: Piper, the Elders have come to the consensus that Leo has lost his way. So we've sent him on the path to following his destiny.
Drake Robin: Like the Prodigal son out to find his way in the world?
Piper: Uh, you know what, this Elder speak is not working for me. I need some straight answers, what exactly did you do to him?
Sandra: We erased his memories and put him back on Earth as a mortal. Somewhere you'll never find him.
Phoebe: What? He doesn't remember anything; he doesn't remember Piper, or his sons, nothing?
Sandra: Not even having been an Elder.
Piper: That's crazy. You don't have the right to wipe out someone's mind, an entire life.

Confusing Episode, 23 July 2008

Although I was really happy to see Julian again as Cole even though he had a rather Nip/Tuck image look about him, (lol) this episode was confusing. I found it perplexing at first, wondering why he would want to help Piper find Leo. He then admitted he wanted Phoebe to find love again. At the end of the show it appears that Cole was responsible for sending Drake into the Charmed Ones lives simply for Phoebe. But he appears at the Magic School. For a demon who was the source of all evil but is living in limbo now, I don't see how that is possible. Nor the fact that he has any powers at all enabling him to set the whole thing up regarding Drake. This episode was far fetched and had too many holes in it to make sense. I believe it was simply a gift to all the Cole fans out there that we could see him again. So for that I am grateful. Once again I cried my eyes out at the end. I so loved Julian on the show and felt that it went downhill after he left. I didn't want him to go in this last episode once again and it just seems so unfair that he would still have to live in limbo when he did a beautiful unselfish thing for Phoebe and for Piper.
