Sooner they find that the ghost of the serial killer Jackson Ward is seeking revenge against those that condemned him to death, and the spell in the Book of Shadows can only be cast by the spirit of one of the Halliwell sisters. Meanwhile, Andy is facing problems with the Internal Affairs."The Power of Two" is another great episode of "Charmed". The conclusion of the investigation of Andy by the Internal Affair agents is disappointing, but the ghost story is excellent.
