Phoebe Halliwell:
Great! I'll meet you downstairs. I'm going to go slip into something a little bit more sexy.
Piper Halliwell: Sexy? Phoebe, we're killing a demon, not going to the club.
Phoebe Halliwell: Did I say sexy? I meant... comfortable.
Piper Halliwell: Wait!
Phoebe Halliwell: God. Now what.
Piper Halliwell: Maybe we shouldn't go after this guy until we have the power of three.

There's nothing really outstanding about this episode. I appreciate the idea of a vain demon (and I had to ensure that no, the actress playing Imara didn't really look like that...) but this is the stuff of an earlier, lighter season. And really, we've already been there, done that, so even though it has some enjoyable parts, it gets tired rather quickly as we wait for someone to realize that Phoebe isn't Phoebe... to no end. She's right : her sisters really sucked this time. On the contrary, she did a rather good job of impersonating a demon (but then, she did spend some time playing Queen of the Underworld years ago). And her going back to college should give her a pleasant change of scenery, since we've pretty much exhausted everything that could be done at the Bay Mirror (as the unfortunate and really silly plot with the psychologist shows).
Paige, now. Her first "real" charge is a reluctant, rude ex-Whitelighter who is ignoring his calling because of a past tragedy. But wait. Isn't that the exact description of her first "real" charge from years ago (in Sam I Am) ??? So here again, although that side-plot is watchable, it really feels like it's been unfrozen and microwaved once too many.
Apart from that, nice to show how great Leo is doing at the Magic School. And it's also clever to bring Sheridan back by degrees, instead of having her come back with a vengeance. I am looking forward to seeing how that thread is tied up.
