When a rock is thrown through the library window with a note attached, Buffy catches it, removes the note and sets the rock on the table to her left. The view cuts away for a moment, and when it cuts back, Buffy has the rock in her lap and sets it on the table to her left a second time.
Buffy interrupts the resurrection ceremony by staking a vampire from behind, as evidenced by the pointy end of the stake protruding from his chest. As soon as he turns to dust, we see Buffy standing immediately behind him. But instead of holding a stake, she's striking a fight pose.
Joyce is shown driving Buffy to school. Buffy is shown wearing a lacy pink tank top and dark brown pants, with her hair up. At school that same day, she is show wearing high-waisted green pants and a white tank top with her hair down. Later, after at least a day has passed, she is showing wearing the pink pants, brown shirt, hair up combo again. EDIT: There is a continuity error here not a miscellaneous one: The scene at 14:25 where Joyce and Buffy are driving and Buffy's in the pink lacy tank-top should have began at the top of the scene that begins at 24:24 where Xander, Willow and Giles are in the school lounge talking about Buffy's new bewildering attitude and when Buffy enters wearing the same outfit as she did ten minutes earlier. In between these two times other events, like the sexy scene at the Bronze, with a clothing change, has occurred. It's not clear why Joss, since he directed this one, took the Joyce and Buffy scene from 24:24 and moved it up ten minutes.
At 7:20 Cordelia states that while in Tuscany, she was "totally beach-less" all summer, despite Tuscany being a very large region of Italy with dozens of beaches. In fact Tuscany is known as an Italian paradise for all beach lovers.
At 9:58 Xander says "Eight minutes and thirty three seconds" in response to how long it would take before Giles "consulted his books", despite their interaction being no longer than forty seconds.
It makes no sense for the vampire gang to not kill Xander when they kidnap Willow and Giles. EDIT: This cannot be viewed as a plot hole. There are only four vampires visible on the upper balcony of the library. Giles, Xander and Willow would have put up an extreme fight. Rather than risk being staked and delaying the ritual they would have been instructed to get Giles and Willow as quickly as possible. Knocking Xander out would have been more expedient and safer for the vamps than trying to take the time to bite or even break his neck. They still had to carry back the unconscious bodies of Willow and Giles. Since we seldom see vamps driving we can assume the physically carried them off their destination.
Buffy mockingly refers to Angel as an "Undead American", but Angel is Irish.
Giles' hand brushes against the Master's bones making them bend like rubber.
