  [Stepping outside] 

  Lt. Edward Beamish : Well, Tempest!

  Capt. Dan Tempest : Beamish, I want to see the governor.

  Lt. Edward Beamish : [Briskly]  A seedy looking crew if ever I saw one.

  Lt. Edward Beamish : The complaint?

  Petty Officer Sam Bassett : Drunk and disorderly.
